Getting Started
Do I need to create an account?
No account needed! We keep things simple. Just provide your email when requesting a label, and we'll handle everything from there.
Is there a minimum amount of LEGO I need to send?
We recommend sending at least 1 pound of LEGO to make shipping worthwhile. There's no maximum limit – send us as much as you have!
What We Accept
Do I need to sort my LEGO before sending?
No sorting required! Just make sure all pieces are genuine LEGO bricks. We'll handle all the sorting and processing on our end.
Do you accept LEGO minifigures?
Yes! We accept LEGO minifigures and all their accessories. They're valued at the same per-pound rate as regular bricks.
What about LEGO Technic or Duplo?
We accept LEGO Technic pieces. However, we don't currently accept Duplo bricks as they have a different resale market.
Do you accept other brands like Mega Bloks?
We only accept genuine LEGO brand bricks. Off-brand building blocks like Mega Bloks, Best-Lock, or others are not accepted.
Shipping & Packaging
How should I package my LEGO?
Use any sturdy box you have available. Make sure it's sealed well with tape. You don't need to wrap individual pieces – just put them loose in the box!
Where do I drop off my package?
Take your package to any UPS location, UPS Store, or authorized UPS drop-off point. The shipping label is prepaid, so there's no cost to you.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! Once you drop off your package, you can track it using the tracking number on your shipping label. We'll also notify you when we receive it.
Payment
How much will I get paid?
We pay $1 per pound for loose LEGO® bricks. You'll see an estimate based on your reported weight when you request your label, and the final payout is based on the verified weight after we inspect your shipment.
How do I receive payment?
We offer payment via PayPal or direct bank deposit (ACH). You'll choose your preferred method after we inspect your shipment.
How long until I get paid?
Once we receive your shipment, inspection typically takes 2-3 business days. Payment is sent within 5 business days of completing the inspection.
What if my payout is different from the estimate?
Estimates are based on your reported weight. The final payout is based on our verified weight after inspection. If there's a significant difference, we'll reach out before processing payment.
